So far, the gradual increase
by Susan

So far, the gradual increase in the meds has been smooth. No big side effects but I do see some appetite reduction. Every time I've reached out to support, they get back to me in a day and answer my question. Really helpful.

I've been utilizing Hers for addressing
by Anonymous

I've been utilizing Hers for addressing my thinning hair concerns for approximately three months now, and I've noticed noteworthy hair regrowth in the areas where my hair was thinning. It's quite impressive. What stands out to me is Hers' apparent commitment and care right from the start. The initial doctor consultation and the regular follow-ups instill confidence in me, assuring that I'm under reliable care. As a professional hair stylist, I've suggested Hers to numerous clients. Much appreciated.

Having been forewarned about potential
by Mary

Having been forewarned about potential initial hair loss, I tread cautiously with optimism, putting my trust in the product. The journey, though challenging, is driven by the belief that positive changes will manifest at the six-month mark.

I requested a change in my Effexor
by Bridget

I requested a change in my Effexor and Buspar medication, and I was pretty excited about it. The company advertised itself as a flexible option for mental health services. But here's the kicker: I received a message from the PMHNP stating that she couldn't prescribe my "bupropion." I assume she meant Buspirone (Buspar). Maybe she hasn't heard of the caution around sound-alike, look-alike medications, I don't know. Anyways, it does seem a bit misleading for the platform to market itself as a mental health service option when it can't even prescribe two basic medications used to treat depression. I get it for complicated cases or those who are receiving antipsychotics or mood stabilizers, which require more intensive monitoring. Initiating antidepressants in people without a history of treatment and an unknown response would indeed be questionable for a telehealth service that doesn't provide face-to-face consultations, in my humble opinion. The contingencies for prescribing should definitely be clearly stated upfront to save people's time and avoid any confusion.

It's been quite nice to know
by Susan W

It's been quite nice to know that I have a professional available for messaging and discussions when needed. What's even better is that I don't have to take time off work or block out a large portion of my schedule just to sit in a waiting room. The guidance and direction for medication is also incredibly helpful.
