This company solde me a FAKE hair wig, advertising it as a real hair lace front wig. The wig I recieved was NOT real hair and NOT constructed with a lace front. The wig I recieved looked nothing like the one I ordered. I chose to order from them because of their refund policy and because of their claim of real hair wigs. They do not comply with their own return policy (which promises a full refund within 15 days, for any reason). After a month of back and forth emails they just went silent. FRAUDULENT!!! STAY AWAY!!!

The wig I received was a complete disappointment – clearly not real hair, shoddily crafted with noticeable 'glue' lines for a parting. The color was a far cry from what was advertised, and the supposedly 'petite' size turned out to be too large. Shockingly, they refuse returns or refunds, a clear violation of UK consumer rights. It's appalling how they exploit vulnerable customers facing hair loss and chemotherapy. Regrettably, I'm forced to give them a minimum 1 star; they truly deserve none.

This company is a complete disappointment. I fell for their false claims of selling authentic lace front wigs made from real hair. The wig I got was a blatant counterfeit, lacking both genuine hair and a lace front. Despite their advertised refund policy, they failed to honor it after a month of unproductive email exchanges. Their deceptive practices scream fraudulence. My advice: Steer clear to avoid being duped.

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. I ordered a wig but changed my mind within 24 hours and cancelled the order. Requested a refund, but it's like trying to win the lottery. Their terms said a refund was possible if I cancelled within 24 hours. They offered various discounts and even a free wig, but no full refund. Still unresolved and £150 lost. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH HOWIGS!!

This company sol me a FAKE hair wig, advertizing it as a real hair lace front wig. I got NO real hair and NO lace front. They charged me 90GBP for this! Also they don't comply with their own returns policy (which promisses a full refund in 15 days, for any reason). Fraudulent, stay away!

The wig I received was completely different from what I ordered. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. Look elsewhere. I honestly didn't expect much; I only ordered it to see what would come. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this company.
