I ordered Clinique moisture surge, but the package never arrived. UPS left it at my door when I wasn't home, and it vanished. I waited, thinking it might show up later, but my email said it was delivered. Clinique said to deal with UPS, so I spent ages on the phone with them, filing a lost item case. No progress for a month, then UPS closed the case, saying they delivered it. Clinique couldn't help since UPS closed the case. After arguing with UPS, I got a claim number, called Clinique again, and they said they'd refund me. Waited, no refund. Called again, and they admitted they never sent it. Bad customer service and policies. Never ordering from Clinique again.

Ordered from this company 18 days ago, and just received my delivery at the wrong address, despite specifying a Collection Point. The tracking process was chaotic, and it seems missing parcel issues are common, as admitted by a helpful but honest advisor. Disappointingly, Clinique's lack of response to similar queries, resorting to 'copy and paste' messages, reflects poorly on their customer service. I might consider companies like Lidl, which prioritize customer satisfaction more effectively.

I'm in the UK and at the "genius" loyalty level. They promise free next day shipping with "any order." Ordered something this morning and the site wanted to charge me £6.50. Contacted them through chat, and they said they'd refund it if I paid. Why not just get it right from the start, Clinique? Also, they promised a birthday gift but sent a card instead. Every Clinique store I visited was out of stock. Thanks.

I ordered a product with a free gift, but never got it. Customer service didn't help much, and the alternative gift was worse. If I hadn't asked, I'd get nothing! This CS isn't good for a big company. They said no one higher to talk to, which was wrong. Bad practices hurt firms, especially with social media. I'll share my bad experience everywhere until it's fixed!

Clinique ain't what it used to be. Awful website where products jump about all over the place making it diffictult to read. I remember when their products were high grade and customers treated in a way that made you feel special. There are less and less hypoallergenic products now which is what they were known for.

This 7 Day Cream I've been using for 2 days now. Unfortunatly, the lid separated from the $25 bottle. The attachment of the lid to the bottle is with thin plastic. I like the cream but not the packaging.
