About company

The Ready State: Formerly known as MobilityWOD, The Ready State emerged in 2019, expanding its focus beyond mobility to encompass a comprehensive approach to human performance and recovery. While pioneering the mobility movement since 2008, they've helped professional athletes, including Olympic champions and UFC stars, and inspired a shift in how athletes perceive movement and performance. The Ready State believes in preparing individuals for anything life presents, whether it's the next race, workout, or playing with their children. While still rooted in mobility improvement, they now offer a holistic perspective, addressing crucial factors such as sleep, nutrition, and down-regulation to promote overall readiness.

by Mariann

The company is great for personal trainers and fitness instructors like me. TRS offers valuable courses with in-depth info. You can see results right away. Can't go wrong with TRS programs! Must try Mobility.

The content provided is good
by Christina

The content provided is good, but I encountered a lot of problems with their app. It was very buggy and didn't load properly. Because of these tech issues, I decided to simply purchase the book instead.

The content is beneficial, especially the
by Elizabeth Billingham

The content is beneficial, especially the mobilization technique demonstrations in the videos. They've proven effective in easing stiffness after workouts and on recovery days. Hoping they prevent injuries. My only reservation is the lack of text summaries for key video points. Adding this feature would enhance the user experience, allowing quicker selection of exercises for each session without the need for rewatching.

The journey kicked off with The Supple
by EMILY L

The journey kicked off with The Supple Leopard, and now, three years down the road, The Ready State has seamlessly woven its programs, protocols, and certifications into my gym's fitness classes. The impact is undeniable; I've even snagged an opportunity to lead mobility sessions at an off-season training camp for our local U18 girls' football team. Exciting times ahead!

I had an issue
by JOHN W

I had an issue with the app where it advertised a "14-day free trial" multiple times during the subscription process. However, after confirming, I was charged €14.99. I reached out to Kaitlin from support, who rightly pointed out that I had already used a free trial in 2021 and stated that refunds were not possible. The app's contradictory messaging, promoting a second free trial that wasn't allowed, reflects either dishonesty or incompetence from the developers. Additionally, the support team was unwilling to assist, making the overall experience frustrating.

I was hoping to get some
by Ben

I was hoping to get some help with my Tennis Elbow; however, when you go to all the videos under the “Elbow” section, there is nothing that mentions Tennis or Golf Elbow. The videos were not helpful, and after two weeks of regularly using the app, my elbow was no better. It was very disappointing.

Following the Ready State
by Bryan

Following the Ready State has been life-changing. It has helped me prolong surgery, recover from surgery, and lead a more productive life. As a retired helicopter pilot with three herniated discs and an arthritic spine, TRS has been instrumental in stabilizing and improving my day-to-day quality of life.

I absolutely love the short daily video I receive in my inbox each morning
by Annie

I absolutely love the short daily video I receive in my inbox each morning. With my inbox being a major part of my daily to-do list, these videos ensure I dedicate at least 10 minutes every day to this positive habit.
