I like shopping at Shop Miss A. Their stuff is okay, not too expensive, and decent quality. Last time I ordered, I got mostly makeup but they sent me the wrong primer. I contacted customer service and talked to Pamela. She offered me a $2 coupon or a new shipment. I chose the new shipment. They said I didn't reply, but I did and I have proof. I haven't received the new primer yet. This isn't the first time they've sent the wrong item, but usually, they fix it. This time they didn't. The item was only a dollar, so I could buy another one, but it's annoying that they offered to send a new one and then didn't. I didn't bother following up because it takes them a long time to reply and it's not worth it. They should check items better before sending them out and improve their customer service. I bought my items on November 25th, and that was my experience. I'm disappointed with the lazy customer service this time. Will I stop shopping there? No, but I won't buy during the holidays next time.

This isn't my first encounter with incorrect items, but the resolution process fell short this time. While I won't stop shopping at Shop Miss A, improvements in customer service responsiveness and order accuracy are needed.

Wow, I'm surprised at how affordable the products are considering their quality! I recently discovered their skincare line and also picked up some reusable makeup wipes and storage organizers – they're fantastic! However, the shipping process is quite slow, which is a downside. Plus, the tracked delivery option seems unreliable. Twice I opted for tracked shipping but didn't receive any tracking updates. Oddly enough, the one time I didn't choose tracked shipping, I did get tracking information. It's a bit confusing to say the least!

I regretfully invested $8.00 with this company and now consider it a total loss. Despite my efforts to reach out, my order remains unshipped, and customer service has been unresponsive. It's disheartening to discover this establishment is fraudulent, and I strongly advocate for its closure to prevent others from falling victim to such deceptive practices.

I've shopped here a lot and I'm always happy with their stuff. Their products are good, especially some brands besides their own AOA. I've found some really good stuff. Never had issues with delivery, takes around 12 days to The Netherlands. Shipping rates are fair and packaging is careful.

Despite three follow-ups, they blatantly disregard return requests. It's been a frustrating three weeks of silence on their end. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that values customer satisfaction.
