Customer service with this company, especially in Europe, is seriously lacking. When you reach out to them using the form on their website, they do respond via email. But when you try to reply to their email, they seem to ignore you, probably because it ends up in their spam folder. Even when I reached out again through their website form to address the spam folder issue, they claimed they couldn't find my reply emails. And to top it off, they couldn't resolve my problem: a piece in my Feetup set had misaligned holes, making it impossible to assemble. When I asked for a replacement part, they informed me that they currently don't have any replacements available. Thankfully, I purchased the item through Amazon and was able to return it for a full refund. Honestly, considering the price I paid for their product, their poor quality of customer service is unacceptable.

Customer service in Europe is severely lacking. Despite prompt initial responses to online forms, communication becomes a one-way street when replying via email. The company claims emails are missing, blaming spam folders. My issue with a misaligned part in the Feetup set remained unsolved, as they admitted the unavailability of replacement parts. The subpar customer service is unacceptable given the product's cost. Fortunately, Amazon's return policy saved the day. The company's failure to address issues and lack of replacement parts leave much to be desired for the premium price paid.

The delivery was great.. nicely packed and on time. The emails from the company about the purchase and delivery were really funny. The person who writes them deserves a prize. They made me feel like I’m part of the FeetUp team. I’ll miss them because they definitely brightened my day. The kit is well designed and the assembly instructions are clear.

I adore the good materials and simple setup of the FeetUp trainer. When set up, it's sturdy and I'm confident trying new things on it. Though the ads about inversion helping back pain seem iffy, trying it out has definitely tested my balance and core strength.
