DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! DISGUSTING SCAMMERS-Health Central USA (https://healthcentralusa.com/) Terrible-My order was refunded without my knowledge (no call no email prior to my inquiry for status on delivery) that they say was because "...you (I) chose delivery out of the local delivery area" and it "created an issue in their system." They did not give me notice until I waited the 14-28 days for delivery (as per their instructions) and then inquired on the status. The following was sent to me in their email: "I am sorry to hear that. I researched your issue. If you check your order confirmation email, it looks like you chose the local delivery option. Because you live outside the local delivery area it created an issue in the system. Don't worry! I just pulled your order from the que and the system canceled your order and issued a full refund to you. Refunds typically take 3 to 6 days to go through depending on how fast your bank processes their transactions." This was sent 3 minutes after they sent me the email stating they refunded my purchase. With the "system" error wouldn't you think that within 28 days there would be some kind of alert about an order? I can guarantee there was no "issue in the system" when they received the $98.48 from my bank...no system disrupts there? I was emailing back & forth with “JJ” and asking to place a new order (several times-to no avail-he didn’t even acknowledge that I was trying to place a new order-he kept telling me about my refund) and was told “We stop taking order!” These people are a disgusting waste of human life.

Seriously questioning the legitimacy

Seriously questioning the legitimacy of this company. I made a purchase on December 6th, paid for my items, and yet, as of now, I've received nothing. Numerous attempts to contact them via email have been met with silence. To make matters worse, upon checking my charges, I discovered they double-billed me—one charge on the order date and a duplicate charge a week later. Considering disputing the charges. Strongly advise against dealing with this company.

I'm frustrated and concerned because I haven't received anything other than a confirmation from this company. No products have been sent, and I haven't received any tracking information. It's starting to feel like this place might be a scam. To make matters worse, I can't seem to get a response from them via email to get any information about my order.

I believe this company is questionable. My order took an agonizing 4 weeks to arrive, and upon inquiry about its status, I discovered they marked it as "local delivery" despite charging me $10. Shockingly, they canceled my order without consulting me. I expressed my frustration, labeling them a potential scam.

I placed an order on May 22, 2024, and my credit card got charged the next day. Now it's September 10, 2024, and still nothing. I can't understand how others are praising their customer service. I tried calling the number they gave, but no one ever picks up. Sent multiple emails, yet no response. It's baffling why the Better Business Bureau isn't investigating this company, given all the complaints. Feeling really frustrated and disappointed.

I placed an order for an item that turned out to be out of stock, and to top it off, I mistakenly selected the wrong shipping method. But thanks to Tracy in customer service, these issues were quickly identified and she got in touch with me right away to let me know. Not only did she provide an estimated restock date, but she also promptly refunded my money. The honest and quick response from Tracy makes HC a trusted business in my book.

I was lookin for Vitamin Code Grow Bone System for some weeks cause the company I was ordering from was out of stock for a while. I got osteoporosis from weight loss surgery cuz low calcium levels. I use this product long time and it makes big diff. I googled it and this company was first with same price. I ordered it fast to keep my therapy goin. I'm thankful they had it and will order again. The broth works great for my body. I notice it when I use it. My joints feel better. My muscles, and everything in my body, seems to work well. No more aches or pains, but when I skip it, those problems return. After a few weeks without it, I notice the difference. Thanks, I really like this product.
