    Just had the most incredible experience in Columbia, SC! MB was our tour guide, and she was simply awesome. She had all these cool facts and little stories that made the tour super interesting. We kept throwing questions her way, and she answered every single one with such enthusiasm. It's like she knew everything about the place! Honestly, it was such a fun way to celebrate a birthday. We laughed, learned, and had the best time. If you're ever in Columbia and looking for something special to do, definitely check out this tour. MB made it memorable, and I can't recommend it enough. It was a night to remember, for sure!

    Flying from New York to Zurich was a nightmare. At JFK, they had just three counters open for what seemed like 200 passengers. It was chaos, and the staff? Incredibly rude. Felt like they were picking on me just for speaking up about the situation. Threatened to kick me off the flight just because I pointed out how poorly they were handling things. It’s hard to believe this is the same airline that used to be so good over a decade ago. Back then, Swiss was the go-to for top-notch service. Now? It’s just not worth the hassle. If you’re thinking about flying with them, I’d seriously reconsider.

    I had a frustrating experience with Swiss Airlines that really left me in a bind. They canceled my flight and rescheduled me for the day before, which meant I had to stay overnight in Zurich. I never agreed to this change, but somehow it was marked as accepted, and now they’re refusing to give me the refund I need. I've spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone, filled out all the forms, and sent emails, but nothing’s been resolved. I even got told that my complaint might not be seen until after my travel dates, which is useless since I need the refund now to book other flights. Traveling with my kids to see family is already stressful, and this has just made it worse. Swiss Airlines really needs to fix this mess and give me my refund ASAP.
