On December 17th,2025, I made a reservation for my family (husband, granddaughter, and myself) to the Bahamas for a 7-day vacation costing $576.33per person. The booking was smooth and uncomplicated.
The next morning, I received an email, and this is how it started:
Here,s your flight itinerary. please retain this information code to reference your booking. we look forward to seeing you onbord.
"This mail is regarding the reservation from CLT to FPO that you made with us.
ended.
******We tried reaching out to you at the given contact number. However, the call went unattended****
We request you to reach out to us at your earliest convenience and ask for so that we may verify the details of your itinerary and promptly deliver the e-tickets, ensuring a smooth and seamless travel experience under reference number ***
Well, 1st of all they never tried to call me, I had to call them. They did not want to discuss my itinerary. This is when they informed of "flight restrictions".
Ok, there is a flight restriction, so what I have to take the back row in economy ????? is that it, no biggy..... Oh No, that was not it! SIT DOWN FOLKS, THIS IS THE BEST YET!!
I was told NOT one of us could take a carry on OR any CHECK LUGGAGE, we were all suppose to go for 7 day vacation, in the Bahamas, without clothes, meds, and other essentials!!!!! There was no, absolutely NO disclosure about this ANYWHERE on their website. It was going to cost me $4,000 to get my luggage on the plane!!! Did they believe they had some s***r on the line????? I was born at night, but is was not last night!!
I told them if they charged my card ANY money, I would have them in court, faster than they could say Foggy Fly, then I called my card company and had them block Foggy Fly, next, as soon as I finish this review, I will be making a report to the Federal Trade Commission and I would suggest each of you do the same. This is the only way we put these scammers out of business and stop stealing our money!
