Wizz Air delayed my flight. Click2Refund managed all the discussions and legal work with the airline, and I received my refund after Click2Refund took a, in my view, fair fee of 28%. You don't owe them anything else. Their communication was not annoying, and all messages were clear, polite, and timely. The only downside is that the refund process took 6 months, and they only informed me they had received the money from the airline when I reached out after 6 months, which seemed a bit odd but might just be a fluke.

Click 2Refund helped me get a refund for my canceled Turkish Airlines flight quickly. I tried to complain to Turkish Airlines directly, but they didn't accept it.
