Coliving.com acknowledged the mistake and withheld payment to the owner until the matter was settled. They also supported me during this time. Moving forward, I plan to use Coliving.com for my travels as a digital nomad. I recommend them to friends as well. You can feel safe when reserving for a month or longer in a city or country that is unfamiliar to you.
