Well, I made the reservation in two steps, it feels like too much information about insurance and other items, I just wanted to buy the ticket. At first, I didn't realize that several boxes required a selection, so it didn’t go through. I was worried because I had entered my card details. The second time, I called the reference numbers and was able to complete the process.
