    Elevators were down for two hours, and I thought the movers would either bail or add extra charges. But surprisingly, they didn’t. They rolled with the punches, stayed cool, and just worked around the hiccup like it was no big deal. I was stressed about the delay, but they didn't make a fuss or anything. It felt like they genuinely cared about making the move smooth, and that really made a difference for me. That kind of flexibility and understanding isn't something you see every day. It was like they were more about helping me than sticking to a rigid schedule. Made the whole experience a lot less stressful.

    This was my first time trying ShipGo, so I took my bag to a FedEx drop off spot. They could have picked it up, but dropping it off was easier for me. A few days later I got on my cruise in San Francisco, and at first I did not notice my bag near my cabin. When I went into the room, I found that ShipGo not only brought my bag to the ship, they also left it right inside my stateroom. I will for sure use them again!
