It took a lot longer than expected to ship my vehicle
It took a lot longer than expected to ship my vehicle from the USA to the UK, with the delivery time being much longer than the one month quoted. They shipped it to the wrong port, which added extra cost and delays. The vehicle was left out in the rain, even though they claimed it was stored inside. This caused water damage to the interior, and there was visible damage to the bodywork and exhaust. They even denied it, saying the damage was already there, but I knew it wasn't. They falsified information on the delivery documents, and their customer service was rude and unhelpful when I tried to make a claim. I had to threaten legal action to get them to take my case seriously. Eventually, insurance was involved, but it was a very stressful process. Based on my experience, I would advise avoiding this company.
