    This was my first time trying ShipGo, so I took my bag to a FedEx drop off spot. They could have picked it up, but dropping it off was easier for me. A few days later I got on my cruise in San Francisco, and at first I did not notice my bag near my cabin. When I went into the room, I found that ShipGo not only brought my bag to the ship, they also left it right inside my stateroom. I will for sure use them again!

    It was a typical Tuesday morning, and I was a bit anxious about having strangers in my home for the job. But then Tyler messaged me early about what time they’d arrive, which put me at ease right away. When they showed up, the team was something else! They worked tirelessly, always keeping things professional and surprisingly polite. Every step of the way, they were helpful, making sure I was comfortable with what they were doing. Honestly, it’s rare to find such dedication and courtesy these days. I’d tell anyone who’ll listen about how great they are and wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. Such a solid crew!

    I thought I'd found a great deal with this moving company, but things took a turn. At first, the price seemed unbeatable, and I was thrilled. But as the moving day got closer, the cost suddenly shot up, almost tripling what they'd initially quoted. I felt stuck, with no time left to find another mover. It was frustrating and stressful, feeling like I had no choice but to go along with it. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't recommend them unless you're prepared to spend way more than you planned. It's not worth the headache or the hit to your wallet.
