    I was miss informed by their staff gave they gave me a price i agreed and gave them $1K deposit but when it came time to do the inventory, they stated i only had told them i had 38 pieces that they had quoted me for. Then they stated if I wanted to add more pieces it was going to $3K more. Thomas was rude and obnoxious with me, and they don't agree on giving me my deposit back because I told them i wanted to cancel their services.

    I moved and had a mixed experience. The movers were super quick and got everything done efficiently, which I really liked. But, there was a bit of confusion about when the truck would actually show up. I was left hanging for a while, wondering when they'd arrive. Once they did come, though, they loaded everything up really fast. I was pleasantly surprised to have all my stuff delivered the next day. I wasn't expecting such a fast turnaround, so that was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the initial communication hiccup, I was pretty happy with how smoothly everything else went.
