    Moving is already a hassle, and dealing with unexpected charges just adds to the stress. I cancelled a service because I wasn’t using it, but then got slapped with a $175 cancellation fee. No services were provided, yet they still wanted the money. When I refused to pay, I got bombarded with calls from two different people saying I was overdue. Then, bam, an email from their so-called legal team arrived in my inbox within half an hour. Felt like harassment, honestly. It's frustrating how they target people during such a stressful period. They should really rethink their approach—taking advantage of customers like this isn’t right.

    Moving day turned into an unexpected adventure I wasn't prepared for. I arrived at the storage unit, only to find out one of my movers had decided to skip work. Left with just one guy who kept pestering me for tips, it was awkward and frustrating. He didn't even have a car, so I had to drive him and his buddy—who finally showed up—in my truck to the apartment. Things went downhill when one of them stepped on my TV. I heard the crunch and my heart sank. They still asked for tips, and I reluctantly obliged, fearing an argument. When I reported the damage, the company offered a laughable $65 compensation, apparently based on the TV's weight. Filed a complaint with BBB. Absolutely disappointing experience.

    Дуже не задоволена цією компанією , посилка із США прийшла у Львів ще 22.12 , сьогодні вже 5 .01 лежить на складі і ніхто не привозить і не телефонує , гаряча лінія в цю компанію не працює , інших контактів не дають , самим забрати також не можна , за що беруть кошти , невідомо ?
