So, I gotta share this experience I had with this moving company. The guy who helped us move was absolutely fantastic, super efficient, and friendly. I reached out for help, and they got back to me really quickly, which was great. But then, things got messy. When I booked, I was asked to pay some upfront and then give $80 in cash to the mover. I was uncomfortable with cash, so I asked if I could use PayPal or Venmo instead. They said yes, so I did that. Later, I got bombarded with calls from different reps, saying I should have split the payment differently. It was such a hassle explaining this multiple times. They even offered a small discount, but it felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. This should've been sorted out right away!
