    You know, dealing with this company has been a real headache. I tried calling their support line, but it's like shouting into the void—no one ever picks up. They say they're open certain hours, but without a time zone? That's just useless. And then there's the gigs. Imagine driving all the way there only to find out it's canceled, and you get nothing in return. They even switched delivery locations on me and then held up my payment. They claimed they emailed me the details, but my inbox was empty. Honestly, it's like they don't care at all about their customers. It's frustrating and disappointing, and I have no idea how they justify their actions.
