    Curb Mobility, LLC

Since it was cold last night in DC, I ordered a cab for me and my visitor for a six block ride. The hotel called this company for me and, after I got in, saw he already had $10 on the meter simply for showing up. Then, I only knew the cross streets of the restaurant and he said I'd have to look it up, that he couldn't. OK, I did. Then he blasted his radio without asking if we would prefer he not. Finally, he asked what I would like to tip. None (which is very rare for me) and he actually said, "it is required." I told him it was not, and it was for service, after which he grumpily processed the payment. So, stay far away from this company as some drivers think it is acceptable to lie and try to steal from customers. BTW, if the company is interested, I can provide further details about the driver.

    LifeTime Movers

Lifetime Movers did a really good job and were very reliable. I was moving from New York to Florida, and I needed my car transported quickly. The price was reasonable. There were no extra or hidden fees. They were professional, polite, and provided great customer service. I really appreciated that the reps kept in touch with me and updated me throughout the whole transport. The service was fast, only took 5 days. They were great to work with.

I spent hours working hard, and now I'm starving. My heart's racing because I need food. They didn't even bother to communicate after I confirmed the invoice for payment. If they don't pay me, I'll get my money back somehow. I'll either go to their house and get it that way or find them and make them understand. This lack of professionalism is infuriating. It's not just about the money; it's about respect and communication. If you can't handle paying for services rendered, don't hire people. I won't let this slide.
