    I can't believe how disastrous our recent move was. We're in our 50s and have moved a few times, but this was by far the worst experience. The moving company we chose was overpriced, and due to their poor planning, they showed up with a truck that was too small. They didn't own up to the error and told us it would take two more weeks and cost an extra $3,500, on top of the $12,000 we'd already paid! No apologies, nothing. They hired subcontractors, and only the driver was part of their company. Our furniture was damaged—TVs, lamps, dressers—and they didn't handle anything with care. We ended up with broken and scratched items everywhere. We were so fed up that we didn't even bother filing a claim. It's a nightmare we just want to forget.

    I gotta tell you about my recent experience with this moving company. It was a mix of good and bad, let me explain. The crew that picked up my things was super efficient and really knew what they were doing. But then, things took a turn for the worse. Communication was a mess, and they were late with the delivery. My TV was busted because they put a mattress on top of it, can you believe that? And to top it all off, they somehow lost my living room chair. I was left wondering how such a promising start could end in such chaos. It was like dealing with two different companies.
