Elife's service was alright. The driver was nice. The only bad thing was the extra fee for being late. We booked through Expedia, and they made a error, so we had to ask Elife to come later.

The company's communication regarding essential details such as flight number, arrival time, and passengers' cell phone numbers was redundant, being conveyed through online booking, email, and finally via WhatsApp to the driver. Despite having all the necessary information, the driver struggled to locate the gate, necessitating passengers to initiate contact and actively search for the driver. The overall service fell short of expectations, as passengers anticipate a smoother experience with the driver waiting at the exit gate with a personalized sign, rather than engaging in a search for an unidentified individual. This experience marked the service as subpar.
