The company has left me feeling skeptical about the authenticity of the reviews on this platform. I had a disappointing experience with their representative, Ben, who initially quoted a vehicle transport rate via text. However, when it came to formalizing the agreement, they claimed they couldn't uphold the mutually agreed-upon price. Despite agreeing to cancel the deal, they are uncooperative in returning my deposit despite multiple requests. I'm left with no choice but to take legal action against them. Beware of their deceptive tactics and avoid wasting your time and money with this company.

We often hear about problems in reviews, so I want to share when things go well! I’ve seen many scary stories (and some good ones) about shipping cars across the US. I was careful, but my time with Safeeds was very good. My broker - Tony Davis - was really helpful. I got quotes from 8 different companies, and after checking prices, shipping times, reviews, and Better Business rating, I picked Safeeds. The price was fair (not the highest or lowest), and Tony kept great contact by text and phone. The pick-up at the dealership was on time, and my delivery happened exactly as promised with alerts the day before and 30 minutes before the driver got here – from both the driver AND Tony. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will use Safeeds again for car transport and would be happy to have Tony help me again.

This was my first time moving a car. I was really nervous cause I didnt understand how it worked. Ava (the customer service lady) was super nice to me. She told me all the steps and made sure I felt calm. It took just 4 days for my car to go from Bronx NY to Katy, Texas. It got there in great condition and nothing inside was messed up. I had a really nice experiance with this company and will tell my friends about them.

The driver worked hard even in the snow to bring our bike from Maine to Miami. A few small problems showed up but were fixed right away. Richard was really good. He communicated well and helped me a lot. He found me a good carrier to ship my car from Georgia to California. Sometimes, people talk about the price changing unexpectedly, but that didn't happen with Safeeds. The price was exactly what they said it would be, and I liked that. I would use them again for sure.

Got my 76 Cadillac shipped by Harry

Got my 76 Cadillac shipped by Harry at Safeeds from Missouri To Colorado. Car looked fine in the pics & video, loaded well, but when it arrived, it had some issues. Exhaust was broken, radiator had a hole, and rear tail lights were missing trim. Insurance claim rejected, driver didn't speak English. Had to claim through my insurance. Plus, the quote went up $300. Been dealing with Safeeds for months, not happy. Would not suggest them.
