After scouring the web for an affordable courier to India, I stumbled upon SFL. I was unsure about this new name and the process didn't reassure me. I shared my credit card details but didn't get any confirmation of the charged amount or updates on my document until my contact in India confirmed its arrival. SFL, your service was satisfactory, but please keep customers informed or allow shipment tracking like the U.S. post office.

I recently had the misfortune of entrusting my shipment to XYZ Shipping Company, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, promises made during the booking process proved to be empty. Despite assurances of a prompt delivery by October 11th, my package arrived a staggering nine days later via UPS. This delay was just the tip of the iceberg. Upon receiving the package, I was horrified to discover that several items were missing. To add insult to injury, the attached invoice matched the list provided by my family, confirming that the package had been tampered with. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the response from XYZ Shipping. Their acknowledgment of the tampering did nothing to rectify the situation. Despite my immediate action in reporting the incident to both UPS and XYZ Shipping, the follow-up has been abysmal. It's disheartening to witness a complete lack of accountability and responsibility for the mishandling of my shipment.
