Moving can be such a hassle, but this crew really made it a breeze. They were super quick, yet somehow didn’t miss a beat when it came to handling my fragile stuff. I had this old vase from my grandma, and I was worried sick about it, but they wrapped it up like it was their own. Everything arrived safe and sound. And the best part? They didn’t just dump boxes and leave; they actually took the time to share some organizing hacks for my new spot. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my move smooth and stress-free. I'd totally recommend them to anyone looking for movers who go the extra mile.

I was really anxious about moving my vintage record collection and delicate stereo gear. Adams Van Lines made the whole process a breeze. They came prepared with extra bubble wrap and special crates just for my rare vinyl, which totally eased my mind. The crew was quick but super careful, making sure not to rush with my fragile stuff. When I unpacked, every single record was in perfect shape, not a scratch or dent in sight! If you’ve got delicate hobbies or valuable items, these movers are absolutely the ones you can rely on. I'm seriously impressed and relieved, knowing my precious collection was in good hands.

Moving from Virginia to North Carolina with American Van Lines was quite the experience. At first, everything seemed great—smooth calls, a virtual walkthrough, and a decent price. Changing the moving date was no problem either, which was a relief. But then a few days before the move, they sent an inventory list that was missing items, and suddenly they wanted more money. On moving day, four guys showed up, but only one spoke English. They seemed more interested in getting the job done fast than handling our stuff carefully. No labels on boxes, fragile items crushed, and the lead guy left halfway through, leaving us with a language barrier. When our stuff finally arrived, some of it was damaged—like our handmade ornaments and business suits. Plus, they demanded payment before delivery, even though it was the weekend and hard to arrange. If you go with American Van Lines, pack your own things if you want them intact.
