Two day in a row, no show. The first call was dramatic. I called on the day of the pick up, they blamed another company for not showing up. The next day, no show again. Calling but they don’t even pick up the phone!

Terrible, I won't buy from toolstation.fr anymore because they use Heppner for delivery who are useless. Tracking doesn't work, packages are missing or show as delivered when they aren't. Stay away

They often don't come when they say they will. They said they tried to deliver, but no one was there, though the driver simply never appeared.
