    So, imagine this: you’re all excited for a cruise getaway, but things start going downhill pretty fast. First off, the food wasn't anything to write home about, and some of the staff seemed like they couldn't care less. I even asked a couple of crew members a simple question, and they just walked away without acknowledging me. Really? Our room was at the front of the ship, and the noise from the crew working at night was impossible to ignore. Sleep? Forget about it. Customer service was all over the place, with long lines and staff who seemed like they had no clue what to do. We paid extra for specialty dining, only to find it was fully booked—right from the start. Plus, the TV was broken for the whole trip. Customer service kept brushing it off, and it took forever to get someone to look at it. What a mess.
