Where do I even start…….. I was on a trip to visit my grandson in Atlanta Suddenly, my truck started acting up and wouldn’t go any faster. I managed to get off the highway to a gas station in the middle of nowhere. I had to stay calm, find a motel, and call AAA to tow my truck to the motel parking lot. Then came the hard part—finding a way to get my truck back to Michigan, 756 miles away. After searching, I found Xpress Auto Transport. Other places couldn’t help the same day or charged way too much, but Xpress helped me out. Their price was fair, and they moved very quickly. My truck even reached Michigan before I did! The pick up and drop off process went very smoth. That was my experience. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and dependable company with no surprise costs, they’re a good option.

Since it’s winter and cars aren’t being shipped as much, and because our car was in a more out-of-the-way area, the cost was a bit higher than what I was first told, but Theodore was flexible and patient with me. I would definitely recommend Theodore and this company for anyone looking to ship their car!

My experience with Xpress Auto Transportation Inc. was generally positive. Joseph managed the shipping well and made sure my car arrived safe and on schedule. The driver was courteous, professional, and handled the car with care during the trip. The only small issue was that the price changed after the driver was set, even though I had a confirmed final quote before. Other than that, the service was fine and everything happened as expected. Both Joseph and the driver helped make the process easy.

Bait & Switch. All lies, they screw you and ghost you after.

Bait & Switch!!!! I had it in writing and they promised over and over they wouldnt do that. They assured me they had a driver lined up for $900 on Friday. Friday came and went, never got picked up. They passed me around and I kept saying they promised it wouldn't be a bait and switch and it wouldn't go up. They were very good at convincing you they wouldnt do that... Well they did it. They eventually come and say they can't do it for less than $1,250 and it would be picked up the following Wednesday. Furthermore they lied to the driver about the specs of the vehicle, which was a big headache for them. The driver was mad at me until I showed him my txts, no I told them all the right info... Just all around a shady company. No accountability. Will tell you what you want to hear and then wait till your f***ed to jack up the price. It's not just what they did to me, this is the market, they admitted this is the only way to get customers. So they do this all the time. It will NEVER be the low rate they promised you. And even if you get it in writing like me, they still won't honor it, they won't refund anything, they take your money and ghost you.

Horrible experience

Horrible transportation company- quotes you one price and then changes price when driver picks up your car. Threatens to dump car in downtown lot and hide keys until they are paid higher fee than what was agreed to. **** is not to be trusted. Avoid this company.
