    A very disappointing experience with

    A very disappointing experience with this moving company. They were not clear from the start. I was told one date could work, but when they arrived, the price was way higher than expected. The job also took much longer than they originally promised, almost 3 weeks extra. Trying to get any updates was a nightmare. When I called, I was told by "Doug," their so-called agent, that I might need legal help just to get my items back. He was rude and unhelpful. The person who first contacted me seemed nice, but once I was locked in, he became impossible to reach and no longer cared about providing any support.

    I used this company to move my furniture from LA to Ohio. I had a conversation with Sara, who provided me with an estimate that seemed fair when compared to other companies. She was polite and answered all my questions without hesitation. The movers showed up on time and took great care with my items. Everything arrived in good condition. I am satisfied with the service and would suggest this company for anyone needing moving services. They really know what they're doing.

    I was willing to give this company a fair shot.

    I was willing to give this company a fair shot. Planning a move from east coast to Midwest, I picked them as they were the most affordable option I could find. The man I spoke to was a bit unusual; he called himself Greg at first, but on another call, he used the name Chris, which was odd. Still, I overlooked it. A month before my move, however, they claimed my items took up more cubic feet than initially estimated. I mentioned that another company had verified the volume, but he quickly became very defensive, even mentioning possible legal action if I disagreed. This was unsettling, as I only wanted to clarify the estimate. After this strange interaction, I decided to cancel, especially since he insisted I was disrespectful just for asking questions. He also often mentioned other employees, though I never actually spoke to anyone else directly, only through messages. This made me feel uneasy. They might be a real company, but their approach left a lot to be desired. Although I had hoped to save on costs, I feel the service fell well below my basic expectations. Be cautious if considering them.

    I had a good moving experience with Ivan, Alex, and Nick today. My mom is moving to a new place, and they were very professional, helpful, and made sure all of her things were wrapped and packed carefully. They worked fast and did a great job making sure everything was secure for transport. They were clear about the pricing and made sure to use space well, saving us money with smart packing. NO HIDDEN FEES! Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying moving experience.

    Had a good moving experience with Ivan, Alex, and Nick today. My mom is moving far away and they were very professional, friendly, and did a good job packing all of her things securely into their truck. They worked fast and wrapped our items pretty well, so we believe everything will get to the new place safely. They were clear about costs and helped us save money with smart packing and no wasted space. NO HIDDEN FEES! All in all, a solid moving experience I had.
