    I’ve dropped plenty of apps in the past just because canceling or managing the subscription felt like a quest with hidden doors. Here it’s the opposite. You can pause, resume, or change your plan in a few taps, no tricks, no pressure. That level of transparency honestly built a lot of trust for me. It feels fair and respectful, which is probably why I’m still using it instead of looking for excuses to quit.

    I bought a treadmill on 1/3/26. It has a code E7. After the first email, they said i would receive a response in 10 business days. Than i got a response than had to wait another 7 days for another response. This treadmill has not worked since putting it together. there a part that is super warm when i plug it in an clearly a defective part. They don't want to send someone to come fix the garbage they make. Don't waste your money.
