    This place is extremely dirty, and the equipment is outdated and constantly broken. When a machine breaks down, it takes forever for them to fix it because there is absolutely no interest in maintenance. To make matters worse, the AC doesn’t work even when it’s 29°C outside, making it impossible to breathe, let alone work out. The ceiling is also damaged and has visible leaks. It’s clear that either the business is failing or the owner simply doesn't care about the clients and is only interested in collecting membership fees. Save your money and go somewhere else!

    I work long hours and was convinced I had no time for fitness. The short strength and yoga sessions this app gave me proved otherwise. I fit them in before work or during lunch. the combination of strength and mobility work is the best I've ever felt physically. Time was never really the problem.

    I've been lifting for 30 years and tried a lot of programs. The strength plan here is the first I've found in an app that I'd consider genuinely well-designed. Proper periodization across a 16-week block, intelligent deload weeks built in, and exercise variety that keeps the training effective without becoming random. Hit lifetime PRs at 52. That doesn't happen by accident.
