I started MadMuscles at a very low point. Like, “why am I tired after tying my shoes” low. Didn’t promise myself a new life, didn’t throw out food, didn’t become a morning person overnight. I just opened the app, did whatever 15–20 minute thing it suggested, and closed it. That’s it. A month later — minus about 3 kg, less puffiness, and way less self-hate in the mirror. Still eat pizza. Still skip days. But my body feels like it’s on my side again, not fighting me.
