We purchased a Smith Machine along with some accessories.

We purchased a Smith Machine along with some accessories. Everything arrived on time except for the bench. We have tried reaching out to the company many times through phone, email, and Facebook about the missing weight bench. My husband got one reply saying we would need to pay a restocking fee, even though we still haven’t received the bench. FedEx hasn’t even picked it up yet. Why would they charge a fee when they haven’t sent it? We’ve been trying to sort out a refund or get our bench for over a week, but no success. This company is a joke and never replies to messages.

Great Experience

First thing I was impressed by was the smoothness of the squat they had to use high quality bearings. The quality and the price u can't beat it and the foot print is really good in small area. An all the attachments are a bonus and weight storage. Definitely will be purchasing future machines. Also I ordered the m3 then saw the m4 they somehow chased down ups candle the order and had my m4 shipped very fast.
