I tried to cancel an order immediately and there was no way to cancel. They didn't respond for days and then sent me a return link that didn't work and said I need to pay $10 to return something that they should have had a way to cancel in the first place
Still waiting to see if they ever get around to sending me a working way to return 2 weeks and several emails into the process.
Their customer service sucks and their systems are like from the early 2000s
