I had a really bad experience with the customer service regarding my missing order. They claim they can only resend part of my order because it was part of a promotion I no longer qualify for. They keep referring to their FAQ "policy," but it doesn’t cover the situation of losing my order—it’s just about returns and other things.
1/5 stars for their customer service. It feels like a scam. If your order doesn’t go missing, you might be okay, but if it does, be ready to deal with very unreasonable staff and a company that seems more interested in their profits and potentially cheating their customers.
