Okay so these folks are i***s. I purchased one pair of gloves and I thought hmm let me ask and see if I could get a discount if I buy 5 more gloves and two sets of backup batteries since the original batteries don’t last that long. They said they don’t give discounts, even though I was buying through a company that rhymes with B***on and they were discounted there. Anyway, they said no but that they would give me a free set of batteries for the bulk order the rest of the story is as follows… Irritated with this seller. Firstly, the communication process with this seller was absolutely slower than molasses being poured into a coffee cup in subzero weather. Secondly, the representatives that I was communicating with, must have kept changing because no one there understood that a deal was confirmed four times that if I buy 5 more pairs of gloves, they, the seller would send an extra set of batteries. Thirdly the seller wasn't reading my text messages or the message in whole, because they kept thinking it was a replacement request for batteries and couldn't get it that I was just wanting my batteries sent that I was promised. Finally they can't understand that this thread and this communication process has cost me time in having t mon keep up with their stupidity. My time is valuable to me. If I were to charge them for how much time it has taken out of my day it would be far more expensive than a stupid set of batteries. With all this said I will never use this company or product again. I will furthermore insist and advertise that everyone I know not use this company or product either. Facebook, Linkedin and TikTok are very influential social medias and they are absolutely at my disposal. I will enjoy spending money to make sure this encounter is broadcasted. Money isn't the issue here. It's principal and time. I have this feeling *** has no concept of either. All for a set of batteries. *** please standby by and has no concept of either.
