    On 11/04/2025 I made a purchase from helloice. I spent $57.98 on two rings as a birthday gift to myself. On 11/24/2025 I received an email from Helloice telling me to contact the Delivery provider: Gofo (USA). Phone: ****. Because a failed delivery attempt was made on 11/19/2025. I contacted the delivery company listed above and confirmed there were no barriers and the delivery address was correct. They said they would try again in 3 days. 3 days came and went and still there was no package. So I contacted Helloice the company i made the purchase from on 11/27/2025 and asked for a refund. I also told the delivery company not to bother and to send the product back to Helloice since they couldn’t follow directions. They said they would. Helloice said they could see the product coming back to them and would send me the product back for $20 dollars. I told them absolutely not and to give me a refund. It has been nothing but back and forth with this company since November we are now entering into 2026 and the company still hasn’t issued a refund and they have the product. Update: It’s now February and I’m still waiting on a refund. I never received the product they keep asking for more money to send it. Why is this company being allowed to steal from the American people. I’m starting to wonder if something deeper is going on.

    Pas op voor **** met name ****. Helaas heb ik een langdurig geschil met **** over een retourzending. Een deel van mijn bestelling is terugbetaald, een ander deel wordt niet erkend als ontvangen, terwijl alles samen is geretourneerd. Verdere inhoudelijke reactie blijft uit. Omdat dit niet minnelijk is opgelost, loopt er nu een juridische procedure. Ik deel deze ervaring ter informatie voor andere consumenten.kijk uit voor deze webshop! Ook heb ik producten voor retour laten controleren en deze waren helaas niet origineel. Dit betrof **** producten! Hopelijk heb je wat aan mijn review en ik geef niet op.

    Заказываю товары давно.Проблем не было.На днях сделал два больших заказа.Деньги сняли.Через пару дней попытался проследить за заказом....и ничего нет .Никаких следов.Висят данные за 2024г..А где 25-26?Высветилось вход на мой сайт с Одесской и Житомирской обл.Я из Харькова.Это как?
