My account wouldn’t let me log in, even though I was using the right details. I tried resetting the password, but that was a dead end too. Reached out to customer service, hoping for some magic fix. They sent me a link for the return, but guess what? That didn’t work either. It's been a frustrating experience, and I’m stuck with clothes I can't use. Not the smoothest process, that’s for sure.
