I purchased an item valued at around $10 from Untilgone. I paid $1.95 for shipping. The key chains arrived with no problem but they were described as something different than I was looking for. I contacted the company and they said I could return the item . I was told to pay for the return shipping and let them know the tracking number. The postage with a tracking number was over $7.00. So I opted to send it back first class postage with the order number clearly marked on the envelope.
When I contacted them I was repeatedly told I needed to supply a tracking number. I explained the situation several times and was still told I needed to give them a tracking number.
Finally, I asked to contact someone who would help me with this situation. Again, I was told I needed to supply a tracking number. No reply to my request for assistance.
I finally gave up. Now I’m out $14.00 and they have the key chains.
I would advise anyone who buys from Untilgone to be aware of this ridiculous policy. It’s clearly their way of discouraging returns. It’s probably an AI reply system as well. There are too many legitimate businesses to buy from; not this one. 👍️👍️😂
