    Extremely poor experience. After three weeks, Royal Mail still shows my parcel “leaving London” — meaning it never left the UK. Customer service ignored my request for an expedited replacement or refund. When the shoes finally arrived, they were not true 2E width as advertised but just a “relaxed fit,” with no 2E marking on box or shoes. Misleading product info and unacceptable service. Highly disappointing.
