I first got an email saying there was a delay with my dresses. I contacted them asking for a refund because the dresses wouldn’t arrive on time. They said no.
A few weeks later, when I finally received my order, I got the same dress in 2 sizes (one my usual size and one bigger). The website said returns were easy, but neither dress fit—they were both too small.
I then emailed asking for a return, and they replied saying they only accept returns within 7 days of receiving items. Yes, I was over 7 days late, but that's such a short time, especially when they can't ship orders on time.
The prices aren't great either. I found better deals at Dillards and had to buy another dress because of their slow shipping. (They say shipping is quick, but it took almost a month for the items to arrive.)
I would suggest shopping somewhere else to save your time, money, and stress!
