Accessing my property records went smothly and without trouble. I could look over the details about my property, and it helped me feel sure that all was in order.
I wasn’t sure about using Ziprent in the begining since I usually go with regular property managers or deal with landlords face to face. But working with Ziprent has been a good experiance so far. They mostly use email to talk, which keeps things simple. You can call them too if it's really needed. Replies can be a little slow now and then, but in general it seems like everything is moving the right way for an easy move in.
You really supported me in finding my way and tuning into what truly matters to me and my voice !!! Just after I came out, then went through a rough divorce and switched jobs and moved to a new place…. In all that mess, you and this program showed me some hope when things felt dark.
