My experience with their $1 report was disappointing and riddled with inaccuracies
by Pete Robbins

My experience with their $1 report was disappointing and riddled with inaccuracies. While the initial charge seemed insignificant, the information provided was not worth even a dollar. Despite residing in our home for almost four years, the report failed to reflect any of our loans or refinancing activities. Instead, it erroneously listed former homeowners from a decade ago as having financial ties to our property. The report's format was archaic and cumbersome, resembling a poorly designed webpage. Navigation was a nightmare; clicking on picture links led to a dead end with no way to return to the main report. Additionally, the promised email or text delivery never materialized. Overall, this service was a waste of not only money but also time and effort. I strongly caution against using it.

This company is not trustworthy
by Anonymous

This company is not trustworthy. I thought I was on the county website, but I ended up on theirs by mistake. They said it would cost $1 for a report, which seemed odd because you usually don't have to pay for these reports from the county. They didn't charge me the $1, but they did charge me $28.95 for an annual subscription without my consent. After I emailed them threatening to complain to my credit card company, they refunded me.

Avoid this company at all costs
by Rebecca

Avoid this company at all costs. They trick you into giving your information, claiming it's just a dollar charge, but then sneakily bill you $28.95 each month. Although they refunded me once, they kept charging me without my consent. I had to cancel my credit card to put an end to it. Their reports are worthless, as you can find the same information for free on county websites. Don't fall for their scam.

Don’t Do It!
by Cindy

The charge seems minimal but the results are sloppy and often inaccurate - then suddenly you are getting a monthly charge on your credit card. Now I have to try to figure out how to make the charges stop. I am a very careful user of the internet, but got scammed on this one. I’m getting zero for this monthly charge.

This info was very useful and had all I needed.
by Nana

This info was very useful and had all I needed. The full history of the property was simple to read. I removed one star because it lists someone unknown to me as living at that address and running a business. This info is wrong, and I couldn’t figure out how to remove it. Other than that, I was quite pleased.

The service met my needs
by Jessica

The service met my needs. I received the info promised, though a bit more detail would have been nice, it was still worth the $3. I also got a prompt follow-up email checking if I got all the information I required and offering to provide any additional details if needed!

Deserves zero stars! Total scam!
by Anonymous

Sneaky shysters. They said they charged me a dollar but instead tried to charge $30 instead. My bank thought it was suspicious and let me know. Try to talk to somebody all you get our bots. Do yourself a favor and stay awake in this company!

Working with Mr. T.E. Wright was quite straightforward
by KIRBY

Working with Mr. T.E. Wright was quite straightforward for getting property details. However, there haven't been any new updates due to it being a developer's layout...and I had trouble figuring out how to use the reference points provided.

The site is really easy to use.
by Kelly

The site is really easy to use. I got all the info I needed quickly. The content is organized well with nice charts and stuff (even has photos of sex offenders). I say try Propertyrecord.com for public property records.

Scam?
by Anonymous

Don’t really recall what service I signed up for…but did note $9.95 on my Visa bill…charged for several months. Admit they did answer the phone and say they cancelled auto charge. Hope.

I had trouble locating old records online.
by Kristofer

I had trouble locating old records online. I paid under $10 for a report that provided all the details I needed and more. It saved me a lot of time with one complete report. Good value!

This is the first time I've used your service
by Steve

This is the first time I've used your service, and I'm quite satisfied with the detail and clarity of your report. I plan to use it to contest the rise in my property taxes.
