I stayed at Colife for a few months recently and had a good experience with them. The apartment was comfortable and had a nice style, just like I expected. The decor was lovely and worth the price. The tenant support was helpful, though there were times when they took a little longer to respond. Weekly cleaning was handy, but there were moments when it could have been done better. Still, it didn't bother me much because I really enjoyed the apartment and the view from the balcony.

My experience with Colife has been good. From the moment I reached out, they were very responsive and supportive. The move-in process was smooth and fast, and the contract terms seemed fair. The all-included feature is quite helpful. The building is new, and the location of my apartment is just right. It's close to the beach, and there are lots of restaurants, transport, and a mall nearby. I can definitely suggest renting with Colife!

I rented an apartment in Bay Central Dubai through Colife for 4 months. The process of getting started with them was easy and clear. Throughout my stay, I contacted them a few times, and they always helped me fast whenever I needed something. The check-out went well, and I got my deposit back within a week. I'll definitely rent from them again when I return to Dubai. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant stay overall, with stylish decor, and the place had everything we needed like plates, appliances, bedding, towels, and more. Thanks, Colife, for making us feel welcom!

I've been here for a few months now.

I've been here for a few months now. It's nice to have a community, we get together twice a week for padel or board games. The neighbors are friendly and the apartment layout is comfortable. Colife takes care of repairs, which is really helpful. They also provide adapters for electrical appliances.

Daughter booked a nice flat in dubai marina with this company but had to leave after just 1 night. Way too much noise, couldn’t get any rest at all. Her mum was with her and didn’t sleep eather. It was a really bad experiance. Next morning they packed up and went to a hotel. Colife didn’t pick up my calls or reply on whatsapp, don’t seem to bother when things go wrong. She ended up paying 20,000 AED for one night – that’s all they seem to care for. We tried reaching management but no one replies. Really bad. AVOID
