This agency is definitely the least impressive one I’ve ever worked with—entirely unprofessional and shockingly inept. Communication is not only rude but also chaotic, full of mistakes, and they take no responsibility when problems arise. They seem to do everything they can to sidestep solving issues, consistently passing the buck and avoiding their duties. If you’re hoping for any sort of basic trustworthiness or peace of mind, you should find another option. Working with this agency has been an annoying, time-consuming hassle. Their other reviews confirm this—this isn’t an isolated issue. If you care about your peace of mind, stay away from this agency. Believe me, you’ll wish you hadn’t picked them. Please, do yourself a favour and choose someone else.

I've been working with them for several years

I've been working with them for several years to manage my properties, and the rent is always paid on time. Their fees for management and finding tenants are some of the most reasonable I've come across in Liverpool. Overall, a solid independent letting agent, in my opinion.
