Put in a small amount since I was interested in the NYC

Put in a small amount since I was interested in the NYC property aspect, but dealing with Landa has been tricky. The app doesn’t really show things as expected, which makes it confusing. Received some small dividends in August after a wait that went beyond what they promised, but then those dividends vanished in September, haha. On October 1st, I got paid again. Curious to see if it happens again in November.

I would not recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company. I have been trying to get my money back for months without success. Despite multiple attempts, their customer support provides no real solutions, just vague responses. It has been more than three months, and I still can't get a penny back from what I didn't even invest in their properties. Be careful with this company.

If I could give less than one star, I would.

If I could give less than one star, I would. There have been no replies or help with anything. I lost 10K and feel like I've been cheated. I should have invested in CDs instead; that would have been smarter and way less stressful than this experience with Landa. I'm still waiting for a response and trying to get back my money from this scam...

It’s difficult to access funds after selling shares.

It’s difficult to access funds after selling shares. Returns are low, and liquidity is poor. Customer service is nonexistent. The company hasn't updated property circulars, so trading on most properties has been halted.
