I have been quite pleased with Hostaway.
I have been quite pleased with Hostaway. The platform includes all the tools I need for my business and is quite advanced. I particularly appreciate the options for generating owner statements, sending automated messages, and managing owner portals. My onboarding expert Jane was very skilled and offered much assistance throughout the onboarding. I would definitely suggest Hostaway to anyone in need of a PMS.

I had an excellent onboarding experience with Shabeeb Razeen at Hostaway. As a first-time user, I found him incredibly easy to talk to and very understanding of the challenges new users face. He provided clear, helpful guidance on how to fully utilize the Hostaway platform for managing my short-term rental business. His support has been invaluable in helping me get the most out of the service.

Margarita, the onboarding worker
Margarita, the onboarding worker, is great, she goes through everything and helps you set up the whole thing, she is really knowledgeable and amazing attitud. The only thing they have to improve is the app, its missing many essentials tools, you can use the movil browser but doesn't work so smooth.

We had Fatih as our onboarding specialist, and he was fantastic! He explained all the details clearly and made sure we understood everything before moving on to the next step. He replied quickly to emails when I was stuck or unsure about something. Hostaway is lucky to have Fatih working for them.

I've been using Hostaway since Dec
I've been using Hostaway since Dec 2019, and it's been crucial for my business's success. I'm very pleased with it! Hostaway keeps getting better, and the support team is very helpful. The software has never failed me; I haven't had a single double booking in my 1500 reservations a year!
