I regret using VirtualStagingAI. I requested a cancellation of my subscription, but they still charged my card without authorization. Over the past week, I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund and confirmation, but I have received no response. As a Realtor, I expect professionalism, prompt communication, and respect for client rights. This company has failed on all fronts. Charging someone after cancellation and then ignoring all outreach is unacceptable. I’m sharing this so others, especially realtors are warned before engaging with VirtualStagingAI

I think it would be great if we had the option to remove

I think it would be great if we had the option to remove certain furniture pieces from the virtual staging photo. Sometimes there’s just a misplaced TV or the flooring seems off, but the rest looks good. It would be really useful if we could guide the AI a bit more, like asking it to recreate the same image from a different angle or to "remove the TV, throw rug, or cabinet" etc. That would make the process much easier. AI keeps improving, so I'm sure these options will be available soon. Although it takes a bit of time to get rid of the wrong elements, the final result looks more realistic than any other virtual staging I’ve come across. I would totally suggest it because no home should be listed without furniture.

The quality of their staging is among the best I've come across, and I've looked into several "AI Virtual Staging" services. This is my go-to choice. They have continuously improved their quality and features, and as long as they maintain this level of service, I will remain a loyal customer.

The program is simple to use. I like the different choices available. However, I would appreciate more options for room layouts and log furniture. Also, some items were placed in spots where they didn’t seem to fit. It would be helpful to be able to remove these items and adjust the furniture and accessories within the room. Adding selected furniture, wall decor, plants, and accessories to AI-generated photos would also be a great feature. Overall, a useful product that I would use again.
