I'm currently staying at Outpost Club's Bedford House location and I'm impressed!

I'm currently staying at Outpost Club's Bedford House location and I'm impressed! The space is enormous, featuring two levels connected by a stylish spiral staircase. I love the modern, sleek appliances and furniture throughout. During move-in, I had a minor hiccup with customer service not answering my call, but they quickly responded to my email. Overall, the Bedford House offers a great blend of historic charm and modern convenience in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood. The sense of community here is a definite plus!

4-Star Review

I recently rented an apartment with Outpost Club while visiting family. The check-in process was smooth, and their support team was fast in resolving any issues. The apartment was well-maintained, and though the building was old, the location was convenient. They take care of everything you might need, from high-speed internet to kitchen essentials. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend Outpost for a comfortable stay in the city.

Having a great experience at their Maison house.

My Maisonette Large Room feels like a studio thanks to the private bathroom and mini fridge/ample space. The property manager helped me after I got locked out of my room at 10pm and I was incredibly grateful for the fast assistance-i dont know many companies that would go out of their way to assist like that at any hour of night, but its a great comfort. Outpost goes the extra mile and its much appreciated. Exceptional customer service.

Definitely recommend this place

I moved here right after graduating from college, and finding an affordable, furnished place was a top priority. The room has everything I need, and the monthly rent is reasonable for what’s included. Plus, they do a great job of matching roommates — I ended up becoming good friends with one of mine! We’ve even started exploring the city together. Definitely recommend this place for new transplants looking to build a community.

I'm really enjoying my time at the Lafayette House property.

My room is spacious and filled with natural light. There's a great basement area for hanging out with friends, plus a music room. Special thanks to Yaroslav from property management—he's always quick to fix any issues. For instance, he repaired my apartment's washer just two days after I reported the problem. I'm very grateful!

Nice place!

I couldn't ask for a better life together. It's clean, friendly and close to everything I need! And the communication and service during booking were excellent, I felt like an important guest. In addition, the relationship between roommates is also excellent and we have very similar ideas. Thank you for this opportunity!

I had a good time with these surveys.

I had a good time with these surveys. There are moments when I can relax and use my mind. Sometimes, when you're not at work due to an injury or illness, you still get thoughtful feedback and support. The fact that we can't cash out the points makes it a great and enjoyable experience.

great service

I’ve been staying with Outpost Club, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The coliving spaces are modern, fully furnished, and perfect for my lifestyle. Everything is included—Wi-Fi, utilities, and even cleaning—so there’s no hassle. I love how flexible the terms are, which is great for someone like me who’s always on the move. The community vibe is amazing too! I’ve met great people, and the common areas and events really add to the sense of belonging. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flexible and comfortable living in NYC!

Mixed experience

I stayed at Fort Greene House for a few months and had a mixed experience. The area is really nice, especially if you’re looking for something more chill and residential. I’m a grad student, so the quiet environment helped with studying, but the WiFi was spotty, which made things tough when I needed to work on research papers. Also, the apartment could use some updates, especially in the kitchen. It’s not bad overall, but there’s room for improvement.

Convenient but Not Perfect

My experience with Outpost Club has been decent so far. The leasing process in NYC can be overwhelming, but it went smoothly, which I appreciated. The room is comfortable, and the location near the train stations is convenient. While the team is responsive and helpful with any issues, it's not without its minor frustrations. Overall, it's an okay option for those new to the city or in need of a flexible stay.

Beautiful design

The amenities at Hamilton House are top-notch. The lounge areas, backyard, and rooftop offer great options for unwinding or working outside of your room. I didn’t need a gym membership with all the space to relax here. I love the design of the apartment. The brick walls give the space a unique charm, and the hardwood floors are beautiful. It’s a really aesthetically pleasing place to come home to every day.

Living at The Gates Hous

Living at The Gates House in Bushwick has been quite enjoyable. The neighborhood’s artsy and vibrant atmosphere fits my lifestyle perfectly. Local events and unique spots like House of Yes keep things exciting. The apartment is modern and well-kept, though noise levels from nearby venues can be a bit much at times. I’ve also had occasional issues with the lock—I was locked out for 2 hours once.

average experience

Outpost Club’s Williamsburg house has a nice rooftop terrace and a decent fitness center. However, the apartment feels a bit cramped, and the walls are thin, so noise from neighbors is noticeable. The community room is good for social events. Additionally, it’s frustrating to often find unwashed dishes left in the kitchen sink. Overall, it’s been an average experience.

I’m pleased with the Lafayette House overall.

I’m pleased with the Lafayette House overall. Good gym, washer and dryer inside. Dishwasher is broken now but Brin, the property manager, is great and helping with it. Customer service response times can differ, but issues do get sorted eventually.

Perfect for couples

I stayed in the Master suite, and it’s spacious enough for two people. The double sink in the bathroom and the massive closet made it feel like a luxury hotel. It’s also walking distance to great spots like NBHD Brulee.
