This company has been nothing
by zaybastian

This company has been nothing but trouble since 2011. They've constantly violated ADA regulations, neglecting basic accommodations like service dog access and wheelchair ramps. The employees even smoke around oxygen tanks, posing serious risks. They ignore crucial safety measures like CO2 alarms and leave essential repairs undone for months, making living conditions hazardous. The management is unprofessional and disrespectful, evicting tenants unlawfully and harassing them with bizarre behavior. They deny essential facilities like stoves and lie about it. The living conditions are subpar with plastic floors instead of advertised wooden ones, and essential amenities like garbage disposals are missing or malfunctioning. Their negligence extends to community services like computer centers, often closed without notice. Worse still, they obstruct tenants' progress, making it difficult to obtain necessary accommodations like service dogs. Security is a concern too, with reports of theft and harassment. Overall, this company is irresponsible, uncooperative, and creates an unsafe environment for tenants, particularly those with disabilities.

My interactions with 425 Glen St. have left me dissatisfied
by louis Charles

My interactions with 425 Glen St. have left me dissatisfied. Despite posting two negative reviews, both were inexplicably removed. The site presents misleading information about apartments, causing significant discrepancies between expectations and reality upon relocation. This lack of transparency is alarming and casts doubt on the reliability of their services. Prospective tenants should approach with caution to avoid similar frustrations and disappointments.

The company's method of showcasing
by Anonymous

The company's method of showcasing star ratings for apartments is tricky. It doesn't really show what customers are saying. It feels like they're trying to make it seem like people are happier with the apartments than they really are. This might break Oregon's rules about giving renters honest info. It's not right and needs fixing.

Apartments.com still shows 5-star
by Matt L

Apartments.com still shows 5-star ratings for some apartments, but when you look closer, it's obvious that this isn't true. Don't get fooled; make sure to check reviews on Google and other platforms. Always investigate further because this is where you and your family will reside. Poor management equals a lower quality of life.

I been working with Maribell at the Waterford
by Anonymous

I been working with Maribell at the Waterford At Meadows in Plano, and hands down to her, she is a great communicator and considers your expectations and needs. I been working with her for a couple of days, and had the best experience. She has such a loving personality you would die for. Can't wait to become a resident.

The company seemed good, but
by Sally

The company seemed good, but I thought it was a scam. They took my cash and said agents were checked. They scamed me and kept my cash. They just said 'apply for something else.'

Their rating system is a total sham
by Flo

Their rating system is a total sham; my apartment has only bad reviews, so how can our community get a high rating overall? The dishonesty is so clear and shocking.
