The company's handling of my listing experience left much to be desired. Initially, they offered a 3rd party lockbox, but after completing all necessary paperwork, they unexpectedly refunded the MLS lockbox, citing restrictions in my area. To make matters worse, I was informed that canceling the service would incur a $100 fee. Communication proved to be a significant issue, as their on-platform chat failed to notify me of messages. This lack of notification meant I had to actively check the platform to identify and address any emerging issues. After a disconcerting two days of non-communication, I resorted to researching public records to find the property owner and reach out via text just to obtain an update on my listing. The frustration escalated when the company unilaterally canceled my listing, accompanied by a form suggesting I had requested the cancellation. This move seemed aimed at retaining a $500 commission, which added another layer of dissatisfaction to my overall experience. While I share an interest in exploring alternatives to the MLS, the company's approach and execution in my case were far from ideal.

It did what they said it would, but they stopped the service in my area and didn't give my money back. I asked a few times for my $350.00 refund, and if it doesn't happen, I'll get in touch with the authorities.
