My experience with this company was great! When Doug met with me, we talked at length, and I mentioned needing more time, which they were happy to provide. Doug and I agreed on a price that was fair given the work required. Even through a storm (Beryl), they stayed with me every step. Big State was clear and detailed about the process. We closed on the exact date we agreed on, and funding was done in under 24 hours. My tip is to be as flexible as they are. For me, it made the process smooth! I would recommend them and use them again if necessary!

I truly wish I hadn't sold my house through this company.

I truly wish I hadn't sold my house through this company. They took advantage of my situation since I had only a week and a half to close on my new place after my buyer was turned down. Just a few days before the closing date, Big State came back with a lower offer for my previous home, and I felt I had no choice but to agree because of the short timeline. It seems they exploited my circumstances, and I'll always regret losing all the money I had in my old home.
