We have used ZipRent for the past few

We have used ZipRent for the past few years and they have been great! They are efficient, reasonably priced, and communicate well with both us and our tenants, even on weekends or evenings when needed. ZipRent handles quick repairs, giving us options that are reasonably priced. With the last tenant turnover, our experience was mostly good. We used an outside realtor to find the new tenant and got them connected with ZipRent. She praised how well everything was handled, and I agree. I really appreciate ZipRents' quick responses, especially off-hours, and on Sundays!! Very impresive!! There were times when the communications were late, requiring multiple emails or calls. Calling ZipRent sped things up. But to be fair, there were a lot of moving parts in our last tenant lease onboarding, so I get that some things might slip. In the end, everything was taken care of quickly and politely. We will keep using ZipRent, they are professional and reasonable in cost. I highly recommend them!

I am pleased with Ziprent's help in finding a new tenant for my townhouse. Ziprent came recommended by a neighbor who owns property. I used to handle finding renters myself, but I wanted to see how well Ziprent could do, especially since I had to travel out of town. Ziprent used their "self-serve" method to show the townhouse to many interested parties, and the new tenants have already moved in. The process was quick, cheaper than other property managers, and I got a good deal. Their great photography and 3D tour made the property look its best. I plan to use Ziprent for ongoing property management. It’s early to say, but I hope they’ll remain responsive, professional, and efficient.

Ziprent has helped me rent my place while I'm abroad. It's affordable and their team model works! I like how reachable they are by phone and how quickly they reply to emails. I trust my property with them. Only thing, they should coordinate better internally. Sometimes, it's like different teams don't talk. For instance, when I had lots of repairs, it was tough to align the repairs and leasing teams. A project manager could help sync everything up. Overall, no complaints. I'd suggest Ziprent to anyone!
