We used **upgrow.com** in 2024 without issue. However, in **September 2025**, they began billing my credit card again **without my authorization** and continued charging monthly, gradually increasing the amount until it was noticed. I attempted to resolve this directly with their support team and was initially told it was a billing error, but no refund or follow-up ever occurred. The charges have since been reported as fraudulent, and we are still waiting for the unauthorized charges to be reversed. I am leaving a one-star review so this experience is documented for others.
