Decent, but could be improved with some enhancements. Specifically, it would be beneficial to have the option to save a catalog of frequently shipped items. Our business revolves around selling parts online, and we frequently ship identical items with consistent dimensions and weight. It would streamline our process if we could easily select from a pre-existing list. The shipping platform is currently straightforward and user-friendly, but it lacks depth. It could benefit from additional functionalities.

The residential delivery fee seems unjustified to me. My delivery area is a breeze for drivers; they easily park in a spacious street, unload swiftly, and depart in no time. In contrast, navigating city and commercial traffic, locating dock managers, maneuvering trucks, and waiting for unloading in other areas are genuine challenges. Given the simplicity and speed of my deliveries, a discount would be fair. Any driver who has serviced my residence can attest to the ease and efficiency of the process.
