I rented one of their storage units for several

I rented one of their storage units for several months while I was selling my old home and moving to a new place. The staff were nice and easy to talk to. Since I don't have a car, one of the team members met me to show the different units, helping me pick the right size for my things. I had an issue with my Direct Debit and accidentally made an extra payment, but they quickly fixed it for me. I found them just as helpful and fast in giving me a refund for an overpayment when I no longer needed the storage and ended my lease. The units are situated up a road next to a farm in Dyce, with secure gates you can access with a code, and they have camera monitoring too. Be sure to use Google Maps to find the place!

Great experience!

Great experience! I found this company online, spoke to Edwin and explained what I was looking for. They didn't have small units available, but they offered bigger ones, which worked out well in the end! I was in a bit of a hurry at the time. The process was simple, we signed the contract a few days later, I paid the deposit, and got the key for the unit. Access was easy, and there was a lot of space to move things around. It was nice working with them, and I would definitely consider using Storage123 again if needed. Thanks again!

I rented a unit from them for 5 months while I was selling my house and preparing to move. The company was easy to work with and they kept in touch well. I don’t have a car, so one of the workers came at the start to help me see the units and pick the right size for my things.
