Upon reaching out to the company via email, they promptly sent a replacement cartridge. Unfortunately, the replacement also triggered the same error, leading to an unresolved issue. I requested a refund, which they processed without hesitation. While I've generally had positive experiences with this company in terms of products and service, the recent hiccup has left me hesitant about future orders. Despite their competitive prices and generally good service, it's advisable to address any problems promptly when dealing with this company.

I have been a long-time customer of this company and have generally enjoyed their services. However, my recent delivery included five black toners with a warning about low ink, instructing me to click "OK" or stop/reset. Unfortunately, all the cartridges were practically empty and only printed about five pages before malfunctioning. Despite reaching out to them three times via email, I have received no response.

You can purchase lots of remanufactured inks, but you might get burned with cartridges that don't fit or leak ink. The inks I buy from here never fail, plus the shipping is super fast!
