It was just a reorder for me... I just replied to their email from the previous order to them, and I received a quick response! Easy-peasy :-)! Fast service and great quality, too! I was actually worried because we were already running out of envelopes, but lo and behold, I received the order on Nov. 9 - it's just about a week after I placed the order via email.
