I got two packages on March 15th

I got two packages on March 15th, and it's March 20th now, but my storage hasn't got them yet. I've been chatting with customer service every day since Monday, the 18th. They keep saying they'll fix it the same day, but the packages still aren't in my storage. If you lost them, just tell me and pay up. Don't keep me waiting and contacting you over and over. I've had four packages delivered in total, and none are in my storage yet. Dr. M Z W, I've been using your service since 2017, more than 30 times. I've noticed your service isn't as good as it used to be. Please fix it.

The customer service is really bad. I contacted them several times for help, but they either ignore me or send a standard sorry email that doesn't fix the problem. I regret not reading these reviews before using their service. Luckily, my purchase wasn't too expensive, but I've seen many complaints about people losing packages worth a lot of money. This company seems like a scam, so be careful.
