Humblefax is like using a real fax machine but better! It's good for keeping records. Faxing lots of pages can take a while, but that's normal. Hope they make it faster in the future. The price is fair, and it's one of the best affordable internet fax services.

My experience with Humble Fax has been disappointing lately. I've been using their service for over two years without any major issues until now. Recently, I encountered a technical problem that should have been easy to fix, but it turned into a long and frustrating process with their customer support team. Despite my attempts to get help, we couldn't find a solution, and the lack of clear communication made things worse. When I reached out to a customer support representative named Adam, he was unhelpful and even hostile. Instead of assisting me, he was dismissive and behaved abusively when I asked for updates on the issue. Shockingly, he turned out to be the owner and threatened to disable my account when I mentioned filing a complaint. Their customer support methods were also lacking. I couldn't reach them by phone, so I requested a call-back online. When they finally called back, it seemed to be from a personal number, and subsequent attempts to contact them were met with silence. Overall, I expected better treatment and resolution from Humble Fax's customer support. My experience was disappointing, and I advise others to think twice before using their service.
