The company's billing practices are unfair.

The company's billing practices are unfair. Even if you turn off the time feature, they still charge you. Canceling is made difficult as they hide the options. This makes you believe charges have ceased when they haven't. Getting a refund is tough too, even when you discover the ongoing charges. Don't rely on them; they employ deceptive tactics.

Hubstaff crashes on Linux, doesn't support Wayland, and whenever a screenshot is taken, all my work stops with this annoying sound. Maybe you should just be honest and admit that your product doesn't work on Linux.

I decided to give this company a shot to see what it's all about. Unfortunately, I didn't even get a chance to try out their service before they charged me for two whole years! It's really hard to reach them; the phones don't work, and their help system seems designed to keep you away from your account. I canceled my plan, and now I'm just waiting to see if they'll give me my money back. I wouldn't recommend trusting this company.

Despite being a Hubstaff user for three years, my recent experience with their support has been frustrating. I reported a bug related to the ClickUp integration two months ago and have been struggling to get it fixed. Despite discovering the issue and a potential solution myself, the support team has not provided a positive response. This lack of assistance is disappointing, considering my long-term use of their service. Improved support responsiveness is essential for resolving user issues promptly and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The challenge arose from my transition to a new organization while using the same login information from the previous one.
