I jus purshased the new LX3000
by Rob

I jus purshased the new LX3000 and it works amazin. Before I bot this I purshased the Afinia L502 and it was an absolute nightmare. I had to return it after 2 weeks. The LX3000 worked grate right out of the box without any problems or bugs. I had to call Tech support to help me w/ a couple of small things and compared to Epson and Afina, Primera’s tech support was extremely verse and informative on the equipment. There’s 2 cons. 1) the printers driver is a bit limited and I’m not too happy that I cannot save and name specific settings like I was able to do with my Epson but if you only have a few media sizes it’s not the end of the world. 2) the printer is extremely sensitive to any sort of tension on the label itself as it’s being printed so if you have a rewinder. You’re constantly making adjustments to get it to work properly.

Ordering from this company is straightforward, but
by Robert

Ordering from this company is straightforward, but I've noticed that the product quality is quite poor. I'm experiencing premature printhead failures, which is happening much sooner than I anticipated based on the expected print volume capacity.

After considering the expertise
by Anonymous

After considering the expertise of the staff and the positive reviews about the Eddie printer, I ultimately decided to invest $3000 in this printer. Now, I just need to start earning to cover the cost.

I own a Primera Trio portable printer,
by DHatfield

I own a Primera Trio portable printer, and I really wish they still made this model. It's the handiest travel printer for my business needs. Even though they don't produce it anymore, Primera still sells the ink cartridges. I can't find them anywhere else, but the customer service reps are always helpful and kind when I order. Thanks, Primera, for keeping my Trio going.

The website's consistent user-friendly interface and swift delivery are commendable
by Heather Cramer

The website's consistent user-friendly interface and swift delivery are commendable. However, my transition from the LX400 to the LX500 printer has been marked by challenges. Unlike the LX400, the LX500 lacks satisfactory color control and matching capabilities, making it difficult to achieve the desired prints. Managing saturation levels proves cumbersome, leading to what feels like excessive ink consumption. I particularly miss the ability to extend cartridge life by printing back labels once the color runs out. Despite the anticipated upgrade, the struggle with color accuracy and ink efficiency has left me somewhat dissatisfied with the LX500, impacting my overall printing experience.

My attempt to gift a refurbished Eddie turned into a Christmas disappointment
by Disappointed

My attempt to gift a refurbished Eddie turned into a Christmas disappointment. After ordering and paying, I received an email claiming an incorrect SKU and instructing a reorder with the same item number. Attempting to follow their instructions, the refurbished Eddies are now out of stock. The confusion surrounding the SKU issue and subsequent unavailability of the item have tarnished what was meant to be a thoughtful Christmas present. This experience has left me thoroughly frustrated, as the intended joy of giving has been replaced with disappointment and inconvenience during the holiday season.
